Overview
For the Smithsonian Institute traveling exhibit, Sapphire Booth Activations partnered with the Life Journeys Writers Guild to engage the community in a fresh, innovative way. Our goal was to bring the client’s mission to life by transforming event attendance into active participation and measurable sponsor impact.

High-Traffic Flow:
Despite the event's structured nature, during breaks and lunch, the booth was "swamped" with a "continuously growing line," maximizing sponsor exposure.
Direct ROI (Lead Generation):
The host observed instant conversations, noting that the booth inspired engagement from individuals who seldom participate in the regularly scheduled workshops.
Venue Recognition:

A custom "newspaper" overlay gave "front-page" visibility to sponsors and was fully integrated with the client's branded backdrop.

Nostalgic candlestick phone prop, resonated with all, from children to seniors.

Guests received their branded photos to their phones
